MOTION DETECTION
The Clearvu11 has bulit in motion detection available for each camera . Press ENTER or +/- to check/uncheck this
item. The default setting is - checked.
MOTION SETTINGS
This is the link used to setup the motion settings for this camera. Press ENTER on Settings to call up Motion Setup
menu for the camera.
MOTION SETUP
In Camera Setup, press ENTER to
call up Motion Setup as shown
when the highlighted option is
Settings in the motion setup row
for the camera you wish to setup.
The Motion setup allows you to
dene how the system responds
to detected motion for the
selected camera.
Following is a brief description for each item and its specic operations:
• Duration – response duration to dene how long the DVR will record after motion is detected for this camera.
Press +/- buttons to adjust the value (3 seconds - 60 minutes, or discrete).
• Goto Preset – to dene the preset position to go to if motion is detected (only works with PTZ cameras). For
more details about preset locations, please refer to PTZ Control.
• Pre-record – will dene how long before motion is detected this camera will record at pre-record IPS. Press
+/- buttons to adjust the value (0-10 seconds, discrete). Please note that the actual pre-record time may be
shorter than the value set if the total size of the pre-record pictures exceeds the pre-record buer size of the
system.
• Post-record – will dene how long after motion is detected this camera will record at the set Event Record
IPS. Press +/- buttons to adjust the value (0 second - 60 minutes, or discrete).
• Alarm Out – will dene which Alarm Output will be triggered when motion of this camera is detected. Press
+/- buttons to select none (N/A) or one of the Alarm Outputs (1-2).
